We want you to be happy with your order. InteliPAK offers a 30-day returns period on eligible standard stock products. To request a return, please contact us at info@intelipak.co.uk before sending any goods back. Returned standard products should normally be: - unused; - undamaged; - in a clean and resalable condition; and - in their original packaging where reasonably possible. For change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution. Custom, branded and personalised products cannot normally be returned or cancelled for change of mind once artwork has been approved and production has started. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or manufactured incorrectly. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
