Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, with free standard delivery available on qualifying orders over £100. We want you to be happy with your order. InteliPAK offers a 30-day returns period on eligible standard stock products. To request a return, please contact us at info@intelipak.co.uk before sending any goods back. Returned standard products should normally be: - unused; - undamaged; - in a clean and resalable condition; and - in their original packaging where reasonably possible. For change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution. Custom, branded and personalised products cannot normally be returned or cancelled for change of mind once artwork has been approved and production has started. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or manufactured incorrectly. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Standard UK mainland delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch. Some remote locations may take longer.

Can I return an item?
Eligible standard stock products may normally be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom or personalised products are subject to different return conditions.

Volume pricing may be available on selected products and larger quantities. For larger requirements, please contact our sales team at sales@intelipak.co.uk.
Can you add my logo to this product?
Custom branding is available across many of our packaging ranges. If you are interested in custom printed packaging, contact our team with: your required product, approximate quantity, logo/artwork and desired timeframe. We can then advise on pricing, minimum order quantities and production times.

Yes. InteliPAK supplies food packaging to businesses throughout the UK.
What happens if the quantity I need is not available online?
If you require a larger quantity than shown online, please contact us. We may have additional stock available or be able to arrange a bulk order.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
